Clara Whitmore is a career coach and mentor with more than 12 years of experience supporting professionals through career transitions, leadership growth, and periods of uncertainty.

Before founding Quadro, Clara worked across talent strategy, professional development, and organisational change. She saw capable people repeatedly struggle — not because they lacked ambition or experience, but because they were trying to make important decisions without enough perspective or structure.

Her approach combines careful listening with practical strategy. Conversations are honest, focused, and designed to produce movement — not simply more things to think about.
