These terms explain the rules for using the Quadro website and purchasing or taking part in Quadro coaching and mentoring services.

About these terms

These Terms of Use apply when you visit the Quadro website, submit an inquiry, purchase a service, or take part in coaching or mentoring provided by Quadro. By using the website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase a service.

Coaching and mentoring services

Quadro provides career coaching and mentoring designed to support reflection, decision-making, professional development, positioning, and practical next steps. The scope, format, timing, price, and any specific deliverables for a service are described on the relevant service page, at checkout, in your booking confirmation, or in a separate written agreement.

Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your decisions, applications, communications, actions, and results. Quadro does not guarantee employment, promotion, income, interviews, offers, or any other particular outcome.

No professional advice

Quadro does not provide legal, financial, medical, mental health, recruitment, or regulated professional advice. Content on the website and guidance provided during coaching are for general information and professional development. You should seek an appropriately qualified professional where your situation requires specialist advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase a service. If you purchase on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Inquiries, bookings, and payments

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve a place. A booking is confirmed only when Quadro accepts it and any required payment has been completed.

Prices, currencies, taxes, instalment options, and payment terms are shown on the website, at checkout, or in a written proposal. Payments may be processed by a third-party checkout or payment provider. Quadro does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds

The rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms that apply to your purchase will be shown at checkout, included in your booking confirmation, or agreed with you in writing. If no specific terms are provided, contact Quadro as soon as possible at hello@team-quadro.com. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, attend agreed sessions on time, communicate respectfully, and use the services lawfully. The quality of coaching depends partly on your participation and the completeness and accuracy of the information you choose to share.

Please do not share information that you are not authorised to disclose, including confidential information belonging to an employer, client, or another person.

Confidentiality

Quadro will treat information shared during coaching as confidential and will not disclose it except where you consent, where disclosure is reasonably necessary to deliver the service through an authorised provider, where required by law, or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is already public through no breach by Quadro.

Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, branding, frameworks, templates, exercises, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Quadro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless Quadro agrees otherwise in writing, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials supplied to you for your own professional development. You may not sell, reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, teach from, or commercially exploit those materials.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, scrape or extract content at scale, impersonate another person, or submit abusive, misleading, or harmful material.

Testimonials and examples

Testimonials and client stories describe individual experiences. They are not promises that you will achieve the same or any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your circumstances, choices, participation, experience, and the market in which you operate.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including hosting, forms, email, analytics, scheduling, checkout, and payment tools. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Quadro is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.

Availability and changes

Quadro may update, suspend, or discontinue website content or services. Quadro will take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the website available, but does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided without warranties of any kind. Quadro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer protection rights. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Quadro’s total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

Quadro may update these terms when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes will apply from the date they are published unless a different date is stated.
